In Castagnola on the slopes of the mountain Monte Brè we are selling an independent, completely refurbished and extended house with a small garden.

Lugano can be reached easily by Intercity train and via the motorway. In addition, there is an airport at Agno which is 4 km and the airport of Milan (Milano Malpensa) which is 45 km away. The distance to the golf course at Maglioso is only 6 km.

The mountain Monte Brè is one of the two local mountains of Lugano. Here one can find the sunniest residential area in Switzerland facing south with a picture postcard view of the city, the lake and the mountains, as far as the Central Alps and the Monte Rosa. Today the Monte Brè belongs to Lugano and is connected with the city centre by public transport.
